New TV-Drama About Earth's Second Ice Age
Media News The Sci Fi Channel has announced a couple of new development projects, including a one-hour pilot about Earth's second ice age titled 'What if?'.

Here's what they write about it:

"--What If?. In the one-hour pilot episode of this drama, a near collision with a comet triggers the onset of Earth's second ice age. The event unfolds in a variety of media, including "eyewitness" cell-phone video, digital video camera imagery and video from PDAs and other communication devices, all of which capture the cataclysmic event in documentary style. The drama will attempt to be as scientifically accurate as possible about how such an Earth-shattering natural disaster would actually play out, while telling a dramatic narrative of how it will affect people's lives. The show is produced by NBC Peacock Productions."
