All changes and updates to legal agreements are highlighted in italics on this page. This highlight aims to ensure better traceability of the changes and updates applied. This User Agreement will apply to all users as of November 9, 2020. Arbitration is more informal than legal action. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator or arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, and judicial review of an arbitral award is very limited. However, the arbitrator(s) may award, on an individual basis, the same compensation and relief that a court may award to a person. The arbitrator(s) must also comply with the terms of this User Agreement, as a court would. All matters fall within the jurisdiction of the arbitrator or arbitrator, except that matters relating to the capacity to arbitrate, the extent or application of this arbitration agreement or the interpretation of the “Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions” section and non-individualized remedies are the subject of a court of competent jurisdiction.
